Masthead Design

Since I researched several fonts and styles for my masthead, I have come to a decision of which I would use for my final cover. I decided to use "Lemon Milk" in this thickness because I like how bold it feels and it makes a statement (like how I want the art on the cover to feel). I am making the font in white and a black background bar, like the example below but at the bottom of the page, to show clear separation between the masthead and image and to imply that it is the name of the magazine brand. The colors in black and white would be used to not take away from the central image being displayed and let it stand out while also allowing the masthead to do the same. This adds a feature that the viewer is likely to remember and when seeing it again, be familiar with it.
